We took our BMW in for a service for the first time and were very pleased! The customer service department was excellent and the technician was excellent. Brought my VW Beetle in to get a recall fixed and while I was there they managed to find a recall that would fix my check engine light that was on, as well! I was there to get a new airbag for a recall. During this process they lost my garage door opener. They couldn’t find it and wanted me to go get a new one and have them reimburse me.
