Customer service was great but the service done was not great. There was oil stains on from driver side quarter panel and the dot handle had paint chipped off of it when it was brand new and should’ve look great. I have repaired both of my BMWs at this location and have had satisfactory experiences, until my most recent encounter. I requested a brake fluid flush, but I noticed that after the service was done, my brak had satisfactory experiences, until my most recent encounter. I requested a brake fluid flush, but I noticed that after the service was done, my brakes were still very soft and required even more force to stop the car than before I brought it in. The next day, the warning lights for my brake and traction control system came on and I immediately called Chris to see if the service team may have accidentally made a mistake. At first, Chris seemed hesitant to say whether or not it could be due to service error and reassured me that it was highly unlikely, which was very understandable since he obviously could not inspect the car. I was able to bring the car in the next day and Chris assured me that they would figure everything out and if it became apparent that it was in fact a service error, they would handle the cost, which was very considerate. Soon after, Chris gave me a call and explained that it was due to service error and apologized for the inconvenience. I was upset at first, as I thought I just brought my car in and left with another issue, but Chris was very helpful throughout the whole situation and I appreciated his accountability on behalf of the service team. More
