I was greeted immediately on my arrival in the service area. The service manager was personable, friendly and effecient. The service manager accomodated my need for a workspace while I waited for my car to be serviced. He led me to a table and made sure tat I had all that I needed. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was promptly notified of its completion. The service manager met with me at the cashier's window and explained my bill in detail. I left the dealership with confidence in the repairs made on my car and feeling as though I had made a new friend. More

Our 2009 Audi S5 experienced a complete failure of the clutch. We had the vehicle towed to Park Place Motors. The clutch assembly is excluded from the Audi warranty however after doing some research on th clutch. We had the vehicle towed to Park Place Motors. The clutch assembly is excluded from the Audi warranty however after doing some research on the Internet we found that there was a known defect with the S5 clutch assembly that caused pre-mature failure which was subsequently addressed in a mid 2010 re-design. The Park Place guys agreed that the failure was a result of a defect and made sure that Audi USA covered the cost of the repairs under the vehicle warranty. More
