Great Service Department There's always a certain level of hesitancy when taking your vehicle somewhere for service when you didn't purchase from them...No need to worry with There's always a certain level of hesitancy when taking your vehicle somewhere for service when you didn't purchase from them...No need to worry with Park Place. Joshua does an amazing job in the Service Department. He went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me (an hour and a half away) at no charge when a mistake had been made and my car wasn't going to be finished when expected. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had completely detailed my car, as well. They have earned a new faithful service guest...which always has the potential to lead to sales guest in the future. More

I do a lot of my own service because I have the experience and knowledge, well that and I'm very fussy about my vehicles, and never have I come away with any issues or problems. Something that cannot be said for every dealer or service department. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time. I passed on getting my car completely fixed at Park Place because of the cost. It's an old car, VW parts are extremely expensive. I opted to purchase after market parts which for me was much more feasible, all things considered. None-the-less, working with Park Place was great! More
