The service manager reviewed the problem with my 2014 Passat that I had told them about during the scheduling process. They asked if there was anything else they should look at. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everyone asked if they could get me coffee or a ride somewhere. Very courteous. They had to order replacement parts, so they set me up with a 2014 Passat loaner vehicle. My car was repaired within 36 hours. The receipt for the work had very specific documentation of the work performed and the parts replaced...ALL at no cost to me. This is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. Fantastic service department. More

Both drop off and pickup by the shuttle service was prompt and on time, even accounting for heavy traffic. When picking up the vehicle the service invoice was explained by the Service Rep. Recall Work updated review There was a recommended recall on my 2013 Kia Optima. I made the appointment in Rochester as it was more convenient for me. While I had my car in for the recall work, I had an oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades replaced. I was extremely disappointed to find they had never asked me what type of oil I used and put in regular, when I questioned it at the end, I was told I never said anything. For someone with 31 years of automotive experience and given the popularity of synthetic motor oil (not to mention the fact I was told when I bought it that I should use synthetic), I accept some responsibility for assuming, but it seems like a question that should be asked. I am not sure I would return for service. UPDATE..... The staff went above and beyond to change what started as a negative experience into a positive one. Everyone makes mistakes..... Knowing Park Place Motors is willing to go the extra mile to correct a situation is great! More
