I am a returning customer to Park Place Motors! I bought a brand new KIA in 06 and Loved it for many years. When it was time for a new-ish car I had no Doubt in my mind to go there again! She was WONDERFUL VERY helpful and personable! She had a great knowledge of everything she showed me. I then Fell in love with a Chevy HHR that was an amazing price! Knowing very well to shop around to different places and not jump on the first thing I fell in love with we went to other Dealing in the Rochester Area. Karen Was kind enough to "hold" the car until I came back, without $ down not normally a common thing! That was about 10 am. At about 5pm we came back. And there it was waiting for me! I was so excited to buy. That process was fast and easy, but not without mistakes. Karen took me to finance in the BMW dealership where i met Rob. It went quick Maybe too quick when I took my paper work to the bank. My loan officer found many Mistakes on Rob's part. I attempted to call him the day after buying and he was "at lunch". No call back I then e-mailed him almost 3X before I called Karen and explained that I may not know exactly what i was talking about but have ?'s. I fwd'd her the messages that have gone unanswered by Rob. I got a confirmation e-mail that she received mine and not 5 min later I was on the phone getting my questions answered! Karen was GREAT Go To her.. BUT Stay out of Rob's office. He needs to not assume that people do this everyday and ask probing questions. I hate to play the "girl" card. But this is only the 3rd time buying and really have no clue.. He was off on sales tax, Lien tax and f'ed up doing my plates. And why would you give someone a card with their contact info if you don't/won't get back to people! It was above and beyond that Karen helped me out when I needed my ?'s asked clearly not her Job!!! Thanks Karen your the Best!!! She is the Reason I will continue to a Park Place customer!! More

Our 2009 Audi S5 experienced a complete failure of the clutch. We had the vehicle towed to Park Place Motors. The clutch assembly is excluded from the Audi warranty however after doing some research on th clutch. We had the vehicle towed to Park Place Motors. The clutch assembly is excluded from the Audi warranty however after doing some research on the Internet we found that there was a known defect with the S5 clutch assembly that caused pre-mature failure which was subsequently addressed in a mid 2010 re-design. The Park Place guys agreed that the failure was a result of a defect and made sure that Audi USA covered the cost of the repairs under the vehicle warranty. More

Driving 2 hrs to purchase my Passat. Ron Thrune was the best person to deal with. When we got there our car was all prepped and ready to go. The sales person Karen really knew her stuff, and took her time with us. She was friendly, efficient, did not try to show us stuff outside our price range, and when there was something that could be inte her time with us. We had been to 7 or 8 dealers already, and each of them really put the pressure on us when we tried to leave. Karen just put information in our hands and told us to call her "any time" if we had more questions. We saw car deals as good as the one we bought at other dealers but honestly, I won't even bother looking elsewhere next time. More
