Luther Mankato Honda

I brought my recently purchased '07 Pilot in for scheduled servicing. They offered a shuttle to where I wanted to go while they performed the service. Since we are from out of town and I had two chi scheduled servicing. They offered a shuttle to where I wanted to go while they performed the service. Since we are from out of town and I had two children with me, I really appreciated the service. They were thorough and kept me informed when a question arose. When they were finished (sooner than estimated) they called me and then sent a shuttle to pick us up again. There were no unhappy surprises on the invoice as I have had happen at other places. All in all a great experience! More

Buying a new car is never a pleasant experience - atleast to us. The sales people are pushy and agressive. So are the others when you finally decide to purchase - forcing you to buy other service. However, we had an excellent experience with Luther Mankato, which was a pleasant surprise. Alex - the sales person was extremely friendly and not pushy at all (though ofcourse we had done our homework before hand). Alex was expremely knowledgeable and effectively assisted us to make good decisions. Their finance person, Ben, was extremely friendly and did not over sell the ancillary services provided by them. All in all it was an excellent experience with this dealership. We highly recommend the Luther Mankato dealership to folks from the Twin Cities area. The experience will definitely be worth your 90 minute drive. More

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from Luther Mankato. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase and was allowed plenty of time to think things through. We were showed only what we wanted to see and were not pressured nor was it even mentioned that we "upgrade" to a higher model of car. Both Ben's were extremely professional. Ben from financing was extremely knowledgeable on the financing end. Ben from used cars was extremely curteous when looking at my trade in. I listened to him as he talked to others about their trade ins and he was always positive with them. Never once did he seem negative in his attitude which was a really nice thing to see.! I would highly recommend Alex as a salesman. He was willing to come in on his day off to help us pick out our new CRV. He was willing to spend time to explain how everything worked and was very knowledgeable with the vehicle as well as others. He constant upbeat personality made it great to work with him. If I ever need a new vehicle, Luther Mankato and Alex will be my first choice! More

At Luther Mankato I was never pressured into buying a vehicle which I really appreciated! I was given time to think about all the different vehicles I looked at. Larry told me everything I needed to know about the vehicles and helped me compare each vehicle I was looking at. Larry and Ben worked closely with me to figure out easy payments that worked with my budget and with the vehicle I wanted. They took their time and double checked over everything. I had help from my mom in looking at vehicles and she loved the financing options and the ease at which they don't pressure you into buying a vehicle so much she bought a vehicle the same day I did! When I noticed a couple scratches in the vehicle (since it was a used one) they had me bring it back in and they buffed them out so it looks brand new again. Also after a couple days Larry called me to ask how things are going with it and if I had any questions, which is really nice that they follow up with you. More

After buying this car at Luther I don't think I will every go back to Vern Eide Honda in Sioux Falls. These guys acted like they wanted my business and treated me great. I was able to get my vehicle in quickly and the staff was so nice. I also liked that they looked to see if there were any recalls on the vehicle that needed to be fixed.
