I have been dealing with the Honda dealership since the late 90's. I have my 4th Honda car. Have always been pleased with the cars, the employees are always friendly. Wanted a used Toyota or Honda SUV. We stopped at Luther Honda to see what they had to offer. Wes listened to our wants and desires, was not "pushy" and spent a lot of time with us. He took the time to come in on his day off to finalize the sale and spent lots of time teaching us all the bells and whistles including the GPS to a couple that only use maps. WOOT WOOT I love the GPS. MoJo, our puppy, liked Wes and Ben right away and that told me a lot about them. They are a "dog friendly" place which we greatly appreciate. We will be looking for a 2nd vehicle this summer and will go back to Luther Honda. No wheeling and dealing, which I hate, the price is the price. We are very happy with our experience with them. I made the drive from Eagan, MN to Mankato after being drawn in by their reasonable prices and after having had several bad experiences at dealerships in and around the Twin Cities area. Aaron was friendly and patient, even after I showed up thirty minutes late for our test drive. I was greeted immediately upon entering the dealership, Aaron let me drive two used vehicles that I was considering, and he pointed out the features and differences between both. He was wonderfully laid-back and low-pressure, so much so that I ended up upselling MYSELF into a 2013 CRV. Ben, his finance guy, was friendly and personable, gave me multiple options for payment and also found a bank willing to finance the purchase for 1.2%. When I told them that a former co-worker of mine wanted to buy my old Honda Civic HX for his son and that I wasn't sure how I'd get the new vehicle back home, they arranged to have it delivered the next day for free. It arrived on time, and the driver not only thanked me for purchasing it, but said that he was very happy with his own 2012 CRV, and said that my vehicle had gotten slighty better gas mileage than his would have on the trip up.
