Luther Mankato Honda

This is my second new car purchased at Mankato Honda. My car a 2013 Accord was taken in for a recall notification. I gave an excellent rating here because I felt the overall service provided was quite refreshing from what I'm used to. My sales rep Aaron and Ben in finance were very forthright and explained things in detail from the start (over the phone) to finish (finance office), this was extremely important since I was coming from almost 2 hours away and did not want to waste my time. They are crooks. There was a recall on my car which caused another problem but they would not cover it. The recall was for bad power steering hose which was bad on my car and I lost all of my power st caused another problem but they would not cover it. Just make sure you ask lots of questions - they don't always think of things they should. When I picked up my SUV I was given one key - when I asked about a second one they were surprised there wasn't on always think of things they should.
