I bought a new Accord in 1988, drove it for 13 years and then got a used CRV, which was handed down to a daughter. For the past three years I've been driving a used Toyota Highlander. I decided I wanted to get back into a sedan and definitely wanted an Accord again. The hubby and I were browsing through the lot, thinking about purchasing a "gently used" model. Will was on the lot and invited us in. We asked if there were any 2013's left and there was one on the floor. We decided to take a peek. As we walked in I said, "I'm NOT buying a car today." Guess what, I left with the decision to lease that last 2013! Had the Highlander appraised by Ben and appreciated how he showed me how he came up with the trade-in value. He also explained the leasing process and the "smoking hot" leasing deal that was going on. My hubby and I spent a couple of hours there and everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful. We ended up keeping people past closing time and they still were friendly. Came back a few days later to complete the paperwork and Ben in finance explained everything clearly. Turns out there was a slight discrepancy in the buyout price I'd been quoted and what Ben showed us. He made it "right". Will gave a lesson on the controls and electronic gadgets before I drove off in my shiny new car. I love driving an Accord again and am so pleased with the service I've received so far! More

Would not give estimate for bumper scratches since it was dirty. I know they wash cars since they washed my car the day I bought it 3 months prior. We had called ahead of time to schedule a time for the pick up of our new vehicle(granted, it was originally scheduled for a day later) and we waited over an hour to be waited on. Then when we were finall pick up of our new vehicle(granted, it was originally scheduled for a day later) and we waited over an hour to be waited on. Then when we were finally helped, they didn't even have the car ready, and were not sure what accessories were even supposed to be on. They didn't have the correct car mats in. Then when we were signing the finance papers the incorrect #'s were on the paper work, so the monthly payment was more than what we were quoted. Then when we were waiting for them to bring our vehicle out of the shop for us to take home, it took a very long time and the gentleman told us he had to put air in the tires as the low tire sensor was on. He gave some excuse about cold weather and pressure change. After a week of having our vehicle the tire pressure alert came on again. Hard for me to believe there is not a problem with the tire when the alert button for low tire pressure has gone off twice in 1 week on a brand new vehicle. Also they only had one set of keys when we went to pick it up and we were told the other set would get sent in the mail and it is 1 1/2 weeks since we picked up the vehicle and we still have not received the second set. We were quickly shown how to work features on the vehicle because the store was closed by the time they were able to get to us. This is the first time we have purchased out of our town we reside in and also purchased a brand other than a chevy. Not impressed with this dealership at all. We are hoping the upcoming experience of owning our honda will improve. More

Came in for routine oil change,had $10.00 off coupon. Was recommended to have brake and Trans fluids changed. Was in shop for about 1 hour had $131.55 in Labor charges, misc. charge for $6.58, G.O.G charge f recommended to have brake and Trans fluids changed. When we have had problems with our vehicles, we typically don't have to wait for assistance and Honda links us up with a loaner vehicle or whatever it takes to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle.
