Excellent Service I recently had our Honda Odyssey in to Mankato Honda for a repair. Mike Shank informed us that there was a recall on our Odyssey and that they would do it at the same time as the repair. Everything was handled with professionalism and the cost of the repair was not out of line. Do to the time it to took to complete the repair and recall it couldn't be completed the same day. They provided me with a ride to and from my home (20 miles round-trip) at no extra charge. The waiting area is exceptional. More

It had just over 600 miles, so was a used vehicle. I worked with Otto Haben, salesman. He was professional, enthusiastic (loved working with cars), had a nice personality, was prompt with informaton and returned phone calls. He was NOT pushy and was truthful and concerned that I got the information and vehicle I wanted. The interior and exterior department did a great job cleaning up the vehicle. Consumer be wise: they have a good extended warranty company--well rated. However, do your shopping and look for a price where both sides are happy. Honda needs to make a profit, but not an exuberant profit. I worked with Sioux Falls Vern Eide, Burnsville, Brookdale, and Richfield Honda before buying. I was impressed with Honda dealerships in general and Mankato in particular. More

Very unsatisfactory experience--will never return. We were pleased with the price and quality of the automobile we purchased. The problems started after we agreed to purchase it. After that, we were subjected to interminable delays and waiting. On one occasion I waited four hours (!) to be seen by the finance manager. On other occasions, we were dragged around the dealership to be shown one feature after another, or to be impressed by the service facilities. But we spent a total of at least six hours (!) on two different days just sitting in their "lounge" waiting for someone to come back to us--all after we had agreed to purchase the car! These delaying tactics are famously used before purchase to wear down the buyer, but after the sale?? I am actively discouraging my acquaintances from going to this dealership. More

It should be in our record that we purchased the tires there and the rotation would not be charged. More
Service Visit I bought my Crosstour about a year ago with 31000 miles on it. I took it in for an oil change on Saturday, April 5th and to have it checked out as it I bought my Crosstour about a year ago with 31000 miles on it. I took it in for an oil change on Saturday, April 5th and to have it checked out as it was recently stolen. Just wanted to make sure everything was OK. They told me there were a couple of maintenance items that Honda recommended that were to be done. I asked why they weren't done before I bought the car and the service guy said that is a good question. He said he would go to the used car sales manager and see what they would do. He called me back 5 minutes later and said they would cover the repairs. That is great service. I have a Lexus, a Infiniti and a BMW and am used to good service because they are premiere brands. I am so happy with Luther Honda over this. I have owned 3 different Hondas over the years and they are such great cars and love my Crosstour. That car xxxxxxthrough the snow as good as my big SUV. Kuddos! I only wish I remembered the name of the service guy. I hope Luther looks it up and rewards him. More
