Considerate and Professional One of the tires on my Honda vehicle has been losing air slowly, setting off the air pressure light on the dashboard. While driving by the dealership, and with no previous appointment, I decided to stop in at the service department at 4:45 p.m., and instead of brushing me off, they took my tire off and checked for a leak and charged me nothing for considerable time and effort. They couldn't find evidence of a leak, so the tire is still being monitored. I was impressed both by their consideration and their professional approach to my problem. I have never had anything but top-notch service from Honda. More
