Service department manager disrespectful. The service department has made me so dissatisfied that I could never buy another Honda; with fear that I would have to deal with the area's only Hond The service department has made me so dissatisfied that I could never buy another Honda; with fear that I would have to deal with the area's only Honda dealership. I spoke with the service manager about applying for a goodwill assistance (I read about it online as a service honda offers), not only did the service department say that there is no such thing, but they said that they never wanted to do business with me again. When leaving, I thanked the service manager for his time (even though I wanted to scream) and held out my hand to shake. He said that he does not want to shake my hand. He truly acted like a toddler throwing a tantrum. I do not know if he was just having a bad day, but all I wanted to do was get service done on my car and need assistance with paying. The humorous thing is, I now got an email asking to rate and post my experience at the service department! haha. More
The best experience we have had buying a car. We actually went in to just test drive a car, and spent 5 hours there. Our sales associate took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we We actually went in to just test drive a car, and spent 5 hours there. Our sales associate took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and she never pressured us to make a decision, or buy extra things. She did go over extra products, but was never pushy about them. It takes me a long time to make a decision, and she was very patient and understanding. Our trade value for or old car was very generous, which resulted in us trading in our car. I would definitely recommend them. More
Oil Change + I went in for a second oil change for my CRV and much to my surprise, I was told a mouse had gotten under the hood and made a nest on the cabin air fi I went in for a second oil change for my CRV and much to my surprise, I was told a mouse had gotten under the hood and made a nest on the cabin air filter. JMurray showed me the air filter as well as the nest. The air filter was replaced being the mouse had started chewing into it. He was very good at explaining everything to me. He said to put "Bounce" sheets in different areas under the hood and in my glove compartment. Mice do not like the smell of "Bounce." The technicians are very thorough with their inspection and I can feel confident driving my car knowing everything has been checked out. More

He was very helpful and honest during both our test drive as well as during ongoing discussions within the buying process, all the way through to teaching us about the car after our purchase. The finance department was also good to work with, making the signatures easy and straight forward. More
