We were in town visiting and I stopped in with my wife on a Saturday to look at a new CRV as we were considering trading in our 2025 Pilot Touring for something smaller. We finally settled on a nee CRV about an hour after closing, I gave them a deposit and even extended my stay in town by 1 day to take delivery of the CRV on Monday. Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but I felt the dealer was nickel and diming us with a mandatory installation of blinking tail lights for $299 - on a used car! Even though I paid cash, the paperwork took over two hours and then there were errors. I ended up with someone else's plates and paperwork. Plus the car had not been well cleaned. When I saw the price they listed to resell my trade in, I really felt like they had undervalued what they gave me. So overall, I was not impressed compared with other dealers I have worked with.
