I went in to get an oil change and regular maintenance on my 2022 Nissan Rogue on 12/23/23. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and was very helpful. When the TV was off in the lounge and I found myself standing in the hallway, I was greeted by a helpful service employee that was looking to help me and answer questions. Although he didn’t know how to get the TV to work he rallied other team members to help solve the issue. Which was awesome to see. The TV issue was resolved quickly. The overall time spend on my service was rather quick and I am a happy customer because of my experience. More

My car died as I parked. First appt was 10+ weeks out. I had car towed to dealership and they got it in about 3 days later to check out, Definitely a warranty issue and g First appt was 10+ weeks out. Fixed when parts and time allowed way before the deadline. Everywhere is understaffed and overworked. I appreciate getting my car back and fixed. More
