Ok overall We showed up to buy a car and waited for a sales person while two guys were locking up cars outside. Receptionist flagged one down when we asked yet again for some help after wondering the lot for a bit. Our sales reps Alex and Matt were very nice and helpful except they would not formally hold the car for a day when medical emergency came up even though we were approved for financing through dealer. After second call to manager they held the car. Our pricing also looked a little high and finance adjusted the total down a couple hundred dollars after we asked about it. Maybe perfectly honest mistake but felt a little shady. They did do a great job of cleaning car up and buffing it out though for pickup. More

Great service as usual. Had to have my rear axles removed, greased and tightened on my 370Z. Quick and great service is always provided with competitive pricing.
