Pleasant, accomodating When I called for my recall, the woman from service found they no longer had my parts I ordered last fall. Instead of stopping there though, she said she was going to check on something and asked if it was ok for her to call me back. Within 5 minutes she called back and said there was a spare set of my parts in the shop and I could have them. This was so helpful because I was able to get my car in while I was off work instead of having to wait for a reorder. Thank you! More
