Today I took advantage of one of their many service offers ($16.95 oil change) and it took about 45 minutes. While I waited, I enjoyed cable TV, free WiFi, Caribou Coffee and bottled water. Duane in service is incredible. He's so nice and friendly-he actually makes you feel comfortable and at home. Amazing experience! More

Excellent service I took my car in for an oil change yesterday. I asked them to also do a thorough check, because we are going out east next week. They always do that I took my car in for an oil change yesterday. I asked them to also do a thorough check, because we are going out east next week. They always do that but I wanted to stress it. Then I asked them to remove a stuck electronic adapter in the plug in port. They removed this and did a fantastic job on the oil change. They also on top of all this, provide me a ride to work, and pick up after the repairs are done. I take both our cars there for service, and receive a sparkling clean car when done. Not up to par with other visits. Took in for oil change. Sorento was washed but not vacuumed and there was no sticker on the windshield noting when the next oil change is due. Sticker is vital part of the service for keeping up required maintenance and warranty requirments. Appointment scheduler and all I delt with were 1st class and customer oriented. Stellar as always! I was early for my 7am routine maintenance [at 22,500 miles] so waited for the service door to open. They opened promptly at 7am!
