After receiving a call, that I was due for my first complimentary oil change, I was notified several times by email and called the day before, as well. When I arrived, I was immediately waited on and complimentary oil change, I was notified several times by email and called the day before, as well. When I arrived, I was immediately waited on and was told the service would take about 45 min to 1 hour. I went to wait in the Lounge and in 45 minutes, my car was ready. The only disappointment was that the car wash was not functioning that day, so I left with a dirty car... but that did not reduce my overall experience for my 1st service appt. More

I have never been disappointed when using this dealership for service. Everyone is courteous, friendly and helpful.
