Brandon offered ways to reduce the cost of the 45,000 mile service and was able to get us a 10% off coupon from the website for installing new brakes. A part needed to be sent over night and he explained that to me. He called me several times to keep me advised of what was happening. When he called to tell me my car was ready, he offered to have someone pick me up at work. I was so please with the service I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and relatives. More

We had a rail dust problem that was causing rust on the rear door or our 5 month old Sorento. Beyond the fact that no car should have rust after 5 months, Luther Kia did a great job! The woman working the parts department (that wasn't yet open) was friendly and pointed me in the right direction (I'd never been there for service before.) Again, quick and easy. Dave B. in the service department was friendly yet professional- answered my questions and asked about the car. The waiting room was in great shape, though I didn't have long to wait. Overall I remain very impressed with my experiences with Bloomington Luther Kia. Oh, and I like the Soul! After decades of driving guitars worth less than my guitars and wondering if I'd get where I was going, etc, I'm so thrilled to have a new, reliable car. The Soul rocks. I feel like I'm getting great value for my money and it's a fun car to drive. Sure, it's no racecar, but it feels as reliable as the multiple Corollas I've owned, but with more style, for sure.
