I purchased a brand new 2013 Kia Sorento SX this past November. My first scheduled service at 7,500 miles has been fantastic. The only issue on the vehicle thus far is a small intermittent rattle in th November. My first scheduled service at 7,500 miles has been fantastic. The only issue on the vehicle thus far is a small intermittent rattle in the front dash that the dealer is trying, but having a hard time finding (and it only happens in cold weather, so I'll have to wait until this fall to bring it up again.) A couple of other nits (including washer rust around the bumper insert found only on the SX) are being fixed at no cost to me under warranty. Other than that, I'm very pleased so far with the support for my new vehicle and time will tell how well this holds up as the vehicle gets older... and the warranty expires "down the road" (pun intended.) Samantha was very knowledgeable and honest with me when I brought my vehicle in for service. The only thing that was not acceptable was that my vehicle was supposed to be vacuumed, as it is done every time brought my vehicle in for service. I had a lot of items in the back and back seat of my vehicle so I just asked for the front to be vacuumed but to my dismay, it was not. Also, I had counted on having a rental car to return to work with but was told that it cost $20 for the day, information that was not relayed to me at the time of scheduling. I would be returning within a few hours to pick up my vehicle so I didn't want to pay the $20 "day" fee when I only needed it to go 1 mile up the road to finish my work day for 4 hours. Another Kia dealership has always given me a rental car free of charge, no questions asked. More

Brandon Blommer and the gentleman who checked me in (after looking at the pictures I think it may have been David Boogren). made me feel that I was very important to Luther Kia. That makes me feel good. We bought our car a year ago and Brandon LeMire was our sales consultant. He had only been with Luther Kia a short time. He did an excellent job. Very friendly, helpful staff from top to bottom. Samantha was my Service Advisor and she was smiling and very courteous from beginning to end. I also dealt with Brandon and Joe in the Parts Department and th was my Service Advisor and she was smiling and very courteous from beginning to end. I also dealt with Brandon and Joe in the Parts Department and they were both very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me. Also ran into James Remer, or Jimmy, as I remember him. I hadn't seen him since I purchased the car in October, and even then, I probably saw him only twice as he wasn't my main contact, he remembered my name which I think says a lot.
