My car was serviced in a very timely fashion. I was looking to purchase 2 snow tires for my Kia Soul and he was able to explain that for the short wheel base of the Soul, it was necessary to have 4 verses 2. If I had purchased only 2, the front tires would have gripped the road - but the back would slip around if I was turning a slippery corner. I really appreciated learning about this and he explained it in a clear and concise manner. I did not feel at all that he was trying to "upsell" me - as many dealers do these days. I really appreciated his knowledge and guidance with this. More
