Quick Quality Service I had a major problem with my truck that I had bought from Luther Kia Bloomington. After a brief wait to schedule an appointment I was able to get my vehicle in within 3 hours of calling (with the help of the salesman who even sold me the vehicle) and had the problem diagnosed with parts on the way in as little as an hour and a half after getting it in. I was given a nice loaner to use with little expense to me and had my vehicle back witihin 24 hours of getting it in. Everyone was helpful and friendly on the way! Thank you! More

I live in Rhode Island and am visiting Jason, my son and daughter-in-law who, like lots of couples with two little kids, work during the day. To help them out I brought in their KIA to have a broken right daughter-in-law who, like lots of couples with two little kids, work during the day. To help them out I brought in their KIA to have a broken right mirror replaced. As an out of state person I was really impressed with the courteous, prompt service I received. I brought the car in on a Monday. I was able to pick it up on Thursday, all washed and cleaned and ready to go. Excellent service.
