Irritated Service was great! Very friendly. I'm not very satisfied with KIA it's self at this moment. I was out of state last summer engine light came on had Service was great! Very friendly. I was out of state last summer engine light came on had it in to a KIA dealer in Colorado they said it was a sensor, they did not have the part but it was save to drive. When I returned home the light was no longer on and they said nothing was wrong, and now after my warranty is up that sensor is now out again? And cost me $300 very disappointed with KIA. More

60,000 mile rip off 60,000 mile warranty cost me $400 and didn't do all recommended. Perhaps letting one know ahead of time this isn't an oil Change. Oil Change & Vehicle Inspection This was my fourth oil change at Luther Bloomington Kia. Brandon has checked in my vehicle almost every time and always has a smile on his face. My Sorento was also washed which I did not expect. Brandon even used my slightly out-dated coupon to keep the overall cost reasonable for me. I appreciated all the assistance. They had originally told us to expect an hour, I love when company's can underpromise and overdeliver and Luther Kia Bloomington did, they took under 45 minutes! Thank you for being quick and thorough. Also, when I mentioned that I was having issue with my blue tooth and contacts, they took the time to fix it for me even though that was outside the scope of our visit. The dealership is not really a convenient location for us as we are in the northern suburbs but it is worth the extra effort/time knowing we will receive a warm welcome, excellent customer service, and general service!
