Great customer service! Brandon met me right away before I could get out of the car. I was called by Brandon about 2 hours later and told that the oil change and recall work was completed and just to call back when I was ready to get picked up at work. Rick was right on time to pick me up. The work was done on time as promised and my Sorento had been washed and vacuumed out. Great job guys! Really appreciate the way you do your jobs. More

I also needed to get some work done on the exterior of my vehicle by their collision dept. "scheduled for the upcoming week" and I was impressed how John understood my need to obtain a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be inconvienced..... Thanks John now I won't be car less!!! More

Excellent I've always been hesitant to go to a dealer for service, (thinking I can get it done cheaper somewhere else.) While that may or may not be true, I've always been hesitant to go to a dealer for service, (thinking I can get it done cheaper somewhere else.) While that may or may not be true, I have discovered that the peace of mind and ease of experience in working directly with this dealership is well worth it! I receive a reminder at appropriate times for my service visits, and it's always a pleasant experience when I'm there, and they do a great job. My car always seems happy and running smoother when we leave. :) More
