When the car is finished he comes to get me and walk me to where I will pay my bill.(not having to guess were to go to pay). A Breeze!!! I was quote 3 hours for my service when I made the appointment. I needed an oil change and a few system updates. When I went in, Brandon said it would I was quote 3 hours for my service when I made the appointment. I needed an oil change and a few system updates. When I went in, Brandon said it would be only be one and half hours. True to his word I was out of there in one and half hours. He even printed off some options for tires I will need in soon. 90K miles I came in for a 90K mile review.... and new tires.... although I was running late. they still got it back to me well within the estimated time quote.. I came in for a 90K mile review.... and new tires.... although I was running late. they still got it back to me well within the estimated time quote... and they also put on four new tires and performed an alignment that were not in the original estimate. Later in the day I did have a false sensor reading which they attended to immediately. They also did a very nice job of working on my really buggy front end.... Thanks again. More
