Recall Service plus starting issue Fast Service, Great Customer Service and follow-up. They started on my car first thing in the morning and I was called before 8am with the diagnosis. They wanted to make sure the problem was fixed, so continued to monitor throughout the day and called me again early afternoon to let me know everything seemed fine. They also checked the car over and let me know a few minor things that needed to be done. I am well satisfied. Thanks! More

Poor service Well, first of all, I had my Soul in for a 7,500 mile checkup last week and that was great, they even washed and vacuumed my car. However, a few days Well, first of all, I had my Soul in for a 7,500 mile checkup last week and that was great, they even washed and vacuumed my car. However, a few days after that, I noticed oil on the garage floor under my car. To me it seems obvious, the tech just didn't tighten the filter or drain plug enough, the oil is coming from under the oil filter. No big deal, I'd just drive over, they'd tighten it and we're done, simple. I guess it's not simple though. They don't have time for such trivia. The service person I spoke with told me I could drop it off and take their shuttle somewhere to go shopping for a couple of hours but that would be a week before they could get me in (or, he told me he could rent me a car). If I actually wanted to bring in my car and wait while they looked at it then there was no way it could happen in the next two weeks. Apparently they can't just put it on a lift to see where the oil is coming from, they need to have time for a full diagnostic. So, I have a new car, under warranty, that's leaking oil and they can't even look at it for at least a week, and that's if I drop it off. I asked if I could drop it off at 5:00 but was told it had to be dropped off before 3:00. So, my plan is to go to my old mechanic (the one I used before I had a car with a warranty) and ask him to take a look at it, I'll have to pay for it but I know he'll have the time to help me. Edit: I don't actually remember who I talked with on the phone but you have to pick someone before you can post a comment. Also, I did take my car to my old mechanic, he put it on the lift and found the oil filter was not tightened enough. He took it off to check that there were no other problems, screwed it on properly and the problem was solved, he was amazed that the oil filter was leaking after an oil change and the dealer refused to take a quick look at it. More

While addressing the call back Brandon also showed me a couple other items he was conc KIA gave me a notification that an item needed to be replaced. With over 2,000 miles staring me in the face over the next thirty days I was very happy that Brandon took the time to do a thorough inspection. The car wash was a very nice treat! More
