Great Service! Brought my car in as the heated seat was not working and also asked for the recall on then vehicle be completed. I needed to leave my vehicle but they Brought my car in as the heated seat was not working and also asked for the recall on then vehicle be completed. I needed to leave my vehicle but they did offer a shuttle service which was great. Andy in service called me to go over a few other things they had found and I agreed to have some of the items done and others I stated I would do myself. Love that there was no pressure. Andy recommended that I should have two of the tires replaced and I told him i usually go to a discount tire place but he said that Luther would match their pricing. We went to the competitors website together and I selected the tires I wanted with his recommendation (which was not the higher priced tire I was looking at). Again...love that they do not pressure you to spend more then you want or need to. Love Luther and will buy my next car from them for sure...but that won't be for awhile since I love the car I have now ;) More

just an oil change Called and needed an oil change-That was Free- and dropped the vehicle off the night before in which was very easy as they were closed. On this appointment of 10/12 They said I could not get a loner car and if I did it would cost me $20.00 that's okay but they did not have one for me after I gave them a weeks notice and they really did not seem to care about accommodating me, did not offer a shuttle ride either, possibly you have gotten to big to think this is important. I guess it is up to me to be inconvenienced if I do not have a way to get back and forth to bring my car in for service to spend money at this dealership going forward. More
