Fast and Friendly Service for a Reasonable Price My wife had a wonderful experience at Luther getting the oil changed on her Soul. The Service Manager was very friendly and informative in regards to upcoming service due and recalls on her car. Wait was only about 45 minutes which is pretty good for a dealership. With the coupons sent to our home, the price was much more reasonable than the fast lubes around town. Thanks for taking care of my wife. More

Customer Service was wonderful/ I was early for my appointment but they still took me in, my service was done in a very fast. The waiting area was clean. In June it will be two years that I will of had my KIA - I love it.. I just don't put on that much mileage... The only thing is that I wish I would of gotten all wheel drive. When I have made an appt for one issue and by the time I bring it in something else came to my attention to have them look at, they do it and I do not have to make another appt for the concern to be looked into. Handling of recalls I brought my Soul in because of a recall notice for two items. Because of a tool malfunction only one was able to be completed. The one that was completed was done in much shorter time than I was expecting. Joe Fabeck in the service dept. explained every thing to me and when to expect a notice to come back to fix the second recall. Everyone I met there was friendly. More

Great Job Brought my car in for a recall. Asked them to look at a couple other things. They did a great job, figured one of the problems that I was having with Brought my car in for a recall. They did a great job, figured one of the problems that I was having with the backup alarm (turns out we had a bumper sticker over one of the sensors,,, DUH!) and while we didn't fix the 2nd issue (basically they couldn't repeat the problem while they had the car) they did a great job of explaining what to look for so we can figure it out going forward. Great job! More

Oil pan gasket lasted 11 months but due to being 103 miles over the 12k mile warranty, they're response is basically oh well. They changed 1 front strut due to failure at 72k miles but wouldn't change the second. Spoke to other Kia dealerships and even they said at no point do you only change just one. Luther Kia has ensured that I will never purchase another Kia after our third one now. Kia are wonderful Suv but I refuse to deal with this dealership for any maintenance issues. More

Also - you need an EFFICIENT WAY for us in the Kia mileage reimbursement program to get our rebate. My service rep didn't know how to do this. The ENTIRE REASON I went to the dealership for an oil change was to have you officially record the mileage & apply for the fuel reimbursement! Other than all of that, everyone was friendly & the waiting area had big screen TV, wifi, great drinks, bagels & cream cheese, fruit = nice. More
