Excellent customer service and great sercive on Sunday my headlight and all the dashboard lights when out. I had to drive to south Dakota an come and the same day so I took my Kia Sorrento to Bob on Sunday my headlight and all the dashboard lights when out. I had to drive to south Dakota an come and the same day so I took my Kia Sorrento to BobySteven to fix it for me, their Tech advised me that the problem is not a fuse and it's electrical. Kia dealer was close on Sunday and I had drive the car without the headlight and dashboard light to south Dakota. On Monday I took the car to Luther Bloomington Kia and they fix my car with fuse replacement. The gave me a ride home while working on my car and pick me up when the vehicle was done. Luther Bloomington Kia got my wife's Sorento in after my daughter's doctor appointment. Found a broken belt in one of the tires. They didn't try to sell her extra tires due to it being AWD. I called to ask if we needed more than one, just to be safe. I was told no, as the other 3 tires had enough tread depth that only one was needed. I love that integrity! Quick, honest, courteous and professional service! Thank you very much for ensuring the safety of my wife and daughter!! More
