Luther Kia of Bloomington

I had done my research and narrowed my car choices down to 3 cars. This was my nearest Kia dealership. (I had purchased a used car a different Luther dealership 2 years ago and been pleased with that pur to 3 cars. This was my nearest Kia dealership. (I had purchased a used car a different Luther dealership 2 years ago and been pleased with that purchase.) So I stopped by to test drive new 2012 Optimas. Bayo was the salesman that assisted me. I really liked the EX GDI model. That ended up being my choice of cars. That was a couple weeks before I was prepared to actually purchase the car. I told Bayo when I'd return to negotiate a deal. He was excellent to do business with. When I returned to make the purchase he was very easy to work with. We had a tentative price but I found slightly better deal on an "Internet price deal" at another local dealership. Bayo's Sales Mgr took just a few minutes to offer me a better value than I'd found on the Internet deal. I was happy to make the deal. After my price was finalized. everything this dealership did was excellent. Everything negotiated at time of purchase took place or was delivered on time as promised. Bayo and Luther Kia were absolutely great to work with on my purchase. They took great care of me. I've had the car back for one oil change since my purchase 5 months ago. I was pleased with that experience too. More

I recently stopped in at Luther Kia of Bloomington. Wasn't sure what I was looking for, I needed a car and needed it pretty quickly. Shawn Schmidt greeted me while I was browsing through the lot. After I told him yes please, I need a car! He asked what I was looking for. To wich Iresponded...I have no idea! This is what I have for a down payment... and this is what I can afford a month. What can you do with that? Shawn took it from there. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Shawn was extremely friendly, non aggressive and very down to earth. In fact, everybody on the floor that day smiled and said hello as they walked by. I was offered water, coffee, cupcakes...I even got a tour of the place. I really felt like they all wanted my experience with them to be the best.. and it was! Buying a new car can be very stressful... at no point did I feel even the slightest bit overwhelmed. Dave Ramy handled the finances. He is such a friendly, fun guy. Both Shawn and Dave made it feel more like hanging out with buddies... then talking to a couple of salesmen. I have and will continue to spread the good word for Luther Kia of Bloomington. What a great group of people. Oh... and my new car.... makes me want to do a happy dance! Great price and exactly what I told Shawn I could afford. The next time I'm looking for a car, I'm coming here. Thank you! More

I walked in there not even thinking I could get a new car, based on previous experiences with other car dealerships, but I had really needed a car. Jerry S., the sales manager gave us a very fair and acceptable price on our trade-in, and Dave, the finance guy, was ve courteous and accommodating.
