Superb Customer Service! I was already having a bad day when I arrived at the Service Center. Susan greeted me with a warm smile and open, friendly demeanor. While I told her what kind of problems I experienced with my vehicle, she listened to my concerns with empathy and responded appropriately. I am extremely impressed with her customer service skills.
