Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was that it took from 830-4 to do the estimate & fix recall, & that the estimate costed $109. No big deal, I've just been to places where the estimate is usually 30-50$, but other than that I had a great experience! More
Terrible customer service for a simple tire mount. I have been going to Hudson chev for years. I got a quote for new tires a few weeks ago. I called to make an appt to get them done. The women I talked I have been going to Hudson chev for years. I got a quote for new tires a few weeks ago. I called to make an appt to get them done. The women I talked to couldn’t find my information. She finally found it and then said their were numerous cars under the account. Basically she could help me. I ask her to let me know if the tire are in stock and she said yes. I make an appt for the following week. Tires are not in stock and they won’t honor my quote. I Come back with a lower price quote and of course they don’t honor it. They said the tire eas Different due to white letters versus black letters. They then offer me basically the same original quote price they refused to give me that same morning. Beyond frustrating! More
Very slow and little to no followup Drop the car off the night before my 8am appointment. Called twice prior to noon and stated it hasn’t even been in yet. I think his name was Jeremiah but he was a little bit rude and not all the friendly. More

Never contacted me to let me know my car was ready I had to get an airbag replaced as part of a safety recall, which was supposed to take a few hours. I brought it in on Monday morning and they called I had to get an airbag replaced as part of a safety recall, which was supposed to take a few hours. I brought it in on Monday morning and they called me that afternoon to let me know they had to special order a part before they could replace it, which would take a few days, and they'd call and let me know when it was ready. That was an inconvenience but not they're fault, so whatever. However, at 4:00 Friday afternoon it had been over 4 days and I had still not heard anything, so I called to get an update and they said it was ready to be picked up anytime. When I picked it up, the paperwork showed that it had been ready since Thursday around 2:00. Having already had to wait for a few days it would have been nice to have been contacted as soon as it was ready, instead I had to contact them. If I hadn't, who knows how much longer it would have been before they let me know my vehicle was ready. More
Worst ever experience!! This service department can't be trusted to be honest and straightforward with their customers. I will honestly never do business here again. Also, they have upset me SO badly that it is my intention is to immediately trade my Chevrolet Malibu in and buy a non-GM car. I am also so upset with GM's handling of my concerns with this service department that I will never buy a GM vehicle again. This may be no big deal to GM or Luther, but you will see if you look back on my purchase history, I have purchased over 10 GM vehicles in thr last 10 years. This is sad to me that I would be treated SO badly, but that's ok, I intend to make sure my entire sphere of influence and many others know about my ridiculous experience. I am seriously appalled by this and enough is enough. I will not forget it and I have a very loud voice. PS- After I submitted my review, I received a text message from my daughter that the check engine light is back on again after the car was repaired not 1 time but 2 times by the dealership because the same thing keeps happening. Now what do I do when I can't even trust them to fix it the 1st 2 times? BEYOND FRUSTRATED!! More
It was only a dead battery. I thought for sure it was gonna be some outrageously priced problem I couldn't afford. My vehicle is 7 years old and about 103,000. Marti is amazing and keeps you informed through the whole process, we had a loaner rental for the duration of our service, and the car came back to us spotless. What more can you ask for? More
