I have been a customer of this dealership since 2000. The staff that works in this dealership is incredible, if you like being treated like a person and not a sale this is your store. The salesman that I have worked for 10 years is Ernie Zappa. Ernie goes above and beyond customer satisfaction. The Service Department in this store is without a doubt the best in the area. We have done all our service work here with every vehicle we have owned and over the past 10 years I would give it nothing but the best rating possible. The entire staff in the Service Department is well trained and always concerned with customer satisfaction. Steve Boyd and Randy Wheeler have always gone the extra mile for our family no matter what the problem is. This dealership has everything that a customer would want, great sales and service. So the question of would you recommend this dealership to someone ABSOLUTELY!!!! More

I am a "pre shopper" regardless of what I buy. Sergey was very pleasant to work with. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and my son as we checked over the vehicle. Sergey worked with Craig, the sales manager, to obtain a fair appraisa considerable amount of time with me and my son as we checked over the vehicle. Sergey worked with Craig, the sales manager, to obtain a fair appraisal of the vehicle I was trading in. I had previously worked with Craig on several community fund raising events when he was with Saturn of Mounds View. I believe the deal got done because of my prior work with Craig. Sergey and Craig also set up several repair items with the Service Department ahead of time. The Service Department called me the following work day to arrange for the service to be performed. More
