Sergey was very pleasant to work with. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and my son as we checked over the vehicle. Sergey worked with Craig, the sales manager, to obtain a fair appraisa considerable amount of time with me and my son as we checked over the vehicle. Sergey worked with Craig, the sales manager, to obtain a fair appraisal of the vehicle I was trading in. I had previously worked with Craig on several community fund raising events when he was with Saturn of Mounds View. I believe the deal got done because of my prior work with Craig. Sergey and Craig also set up several repair items with the Service Department ahead of time. The Service Department called me the following work day to arrange for the service to be performed. More
