I think my 2005 Vibe that was purchased in November 0f 2005 that currently has close to 283,000 miles on it speaks for itself on the service they do and I have had basically no out of pocket expense except for tires and oil changes. Service is friendly but they should have called Several major repairs were done on my last vist. The team was friendly and did the repairs in the time and price they quoted, however I asked them to replace all the front headlamps due to 2 bulbs bring burned out on different sides. In the process of the repair they dropped and broke the right side light assembly. While they replaced the entire assembly at their expense the result was a mismatched look between the 2 assemblies. If I had broke one side I would have had them replace both so they cosmetically match. In this case they broke one side and did not tell me but simply replaced the side they broke leaving the cosmetic mismatch. More

Whenever I need service on my Chevy Tahoe, I take to the same service department I have visited for the past 20 years... The service group at Luther is the best in the business. One guy in particular, is l same service department I have visited for the past 20 years... The service group at Luther is the best in the business. One guy in particular, is like an old family friend, that's Steve Boyd. I know unquestionably, that when I need service, he will advise the correct plan to fix my vehicle to factory new condition. I came in for what was a major differential work, and Steve and team looked carefully my vehicle and advised that my vehicle problem was in fact another issue. Steve then gave me multiple options, on both parts and repairs all in the interest in saving me time and money. He recognized that there was an issue looming and we repaired BEFORE I had a failure on the road. I appreciate, his integrity and honesty when I ask for options and direction, his knowledge and experience lead the way. He is an asset to your organization, I will continue to return and recommend to anyone that has a vehicle to service....go to Luther. Jason, the salesman at Luther I worked with was helpful and friendly in finding me the used car I wanted. However, I waited for over 2 hours for the Sales Manager to assess my trade-in value which only to and friendly in finding me the used car I wanted. However, I waited for over 2 hours for the Sales Manager to assess my trade-in value which only took him about 15 minutes to do. When I tried to leave and come back another day for the assessment, I was persuaded to stay longer. When the salesman found me the car I wanted in my price range, I looked it over and really liked it but noticed it could have been cleaned a little better, or detailed. Also there was a part of the front passenger bumper that was sticking out a little bit. I told him I would wait to take it home the next day after the service team got a chance to fix that and detail the interior. The next day when I went to take the car home, I was excited but when I looked at the bumper, I disappointingly noticed that it was NOT fixed. Not only that, but the interior did not look any cleaner than it did the previous day. I have since found a couple of stains, the center counsel was not cleaned, a used makeup sponge under the seat, a blown fuse on one of the cigarette adapters (I'm hoping its nothing more), and a low-pressured tire. I had to add air already within a week of purchase. Also, it did not have a full tank of gas (which I was told is not their policy to top off the tank). Going back to the bumper. I was told it could not be fixed and that if the service team could have fixed it, they would have. I went home thinking it was a perfect used car EXCEPT for the bumper. So the next day on my lunch break, I took my car to Heppner's Auto Body on East 7th Street in St. Paul to get an estimate on the bumper damage. The guy there, said hold on a minute, grabbed a screwdriver and fixed the bumper in 10 minutes right in front of me for free. This is something that clearly the Luther service team should have been able to do but did not take the time to do. Why would I want to get my car serviced here in the future? The day I picked my car up Jason was kind enough to go over all of the features of the car with me however that one small service piece (the bumper) could have made my experience with Luther from just OK to great. If the service team and management would have paid attention to detail in cleaning and repairing my car, I would have been a 100% satisfied customer. That's all it would have taken. More
