They get my car in urgently which is very much appreciated I have had 2 big events with my car that were unexpected and they were able to fix my car same day and not inconvenience me for work. Their used vehicles are what they call "fair price," meaning they won't really negotiate on them because they claim it's the best possible price they can realistically sell it for. Although the price I paid was the sticker price, it was actually under KBB for the vehicle, so I trust what they say about their "fair price" policy. What wowed me again was when I got my oil changed there. I had only been to Valvoline before, and although they are speedy, I don't know if I'll be going to Valvoline again. Luther Hudson not only was about $20 less for full synthetic, but they also washed my car! It was a surprise and a wonderful added touch. More
