The service technician who dismantled my glove compartment to check the cabin filter forgot to put the glove compartment hanger and nuts/bolts back on. Later that evening I opened the glove compartment and watched the drawer dropped to the floor and all the contents fall out. Needless to say, I was not happy with this quality of work. Now I question the quality of work on all the other service items they performed on my vehicle. I called Donna several times and left a vm over a period of couple days, worst is no response from her. It ended up with the receptionist speaking to the service manager to get some kind of resolution option for me. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to bring the car back and have them fix what was not broken in the first place. More
I am always met promptly and with a smile. Every person of the service team has always been helpful. I appreciate their knowledge and advice. Jerry's and his crew are great. I have never had any problems after service when his crew takes care of my car. Since I do know a few things about cars, it is nice that they never talk down to me when e problems after service when his crew takes care of my car. routine check up (105K). Kept waiting at least 45 minutes after work done as paperwork was not brought back to waiting area. No apologies given, just thin excuses as to why the delay. They put a new big, rechargeable battery in my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid. I was worried that it would never be the same. It has worked wonderfully since, much to my happiness. I started going to Hopkins Honda for service over a year ago. My experiences continue to be very positive. Customer service continues to be professional and friendly. Price continues to be a good value and has never been above what's originally quoted. I will continue to go to Hopkins Honda for all my service needs. And when I'm ready for a new car, I plan to go here as well. More
