Pilot Cylinder Rings Hopkins Honda service staff addressed the issue of defective cylinder rings and covered most of the expense under warranty. I found though after the warranty expired it was cheaper to go to the local shop for ca I purchased my car there almost 20 years ago. I love my car! I found though after the warranty expired it was cheaper to go to the local shop for car repairs and maintenance as Honda always seems to be at least double if not more of what the local shop charges for a repair. emission dashboard warning light that morning the warning light came on and the "D" started to flash. I took it in without an appointment but they were able to find the problem and f that morning the warning light came on and the "D" started to flash. I took it in without an appointment but they were able to find the problem and fix it as well , took about 2 and a half hours. With a major snow storm coming that day I am so grateful it was able to be fixed. Too cold to go through the car wash. My 2009 CRV has been so dependable but you guys always take good care of me. Like the treats in the waiting area too. More
Service employee (I apologize I don’t remember his name, but was at the first desk on the right when entering the service area through the garage doors) was excellent. When I picked vehicle up, it was snowing, so didn't realize no wash was done until I got home. I realize this is a complimentary luxury, but still was disappointed.
