I was told that my 209 Honda Civic needed the transmission fluid changed. Then I was told there was no record of it ever being changed in your system. I have taken my car to this dealership for transmission fluid changed. Then I was told there was no record of it ever being changed in your system. I have taken my car to this dealership for every oil change when the maintenance minder signals an oil change is needed. A service tech has never asked if I wanted to get the transmission fluid changed. The car has nearly 65,000 miles on it, so I should have been asked at least 2 times in the past, at 30,000 and 60,000 miles. Right? I was a little upset that this did not happen. I waited 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change and brake fluid flush and having the car for 2 1/2 hrs was notified then of more things that needed to be addressed and asked why it took so long to be notified of t flush and having the car for 2 1/2 hrs was notified then of more things that needed to be addressed and asked why it took so long to be notified of these things because now I had to waited longer for them to fix the problem and everyone who came in after me left long before me and I was one of the last people to leave there.
