Sarah worked tirelessly for me. I just had some brake work done and I’m not completely satisfied. When I use the brakes the travel is too much before the brakes start working. The service write up is usually quick. The customer waiting lounge is user friendly and well maintained. The lounge attendant makes regular rounds re-arranging the daily newspapers, picking empty cups and servicing the coffee machines and cookie rack. The cashier process is usually fast and professional. Paperwork and payment goes smooth and they provide directions to your vehicle citing the stall number and general location outside along the driveway. The email reminders of the service appointments are well done and timely. The serving techs seem to do good work and results are consistent. Nice job all-around by the service team. More
