AMAZING Service Bart was the gentleman helping me out today. I was late (I have a baby) and they were more than accommodating. Not only that, they made sure to get my Bart was the gentleman helping me out today. I was late (I have a baby) and they were more than accommodating. Not only that, they made sure to get my car in as soon as possible so I wasn’t waiting with a baby. They pulled my car back into the service center for me so I could load up & stay out of the rain. Sarah Touchstone is a real GEM! As I wrote, Sarah is fantastic. I took my Honda crv in for service last Saturday. I had called the department and luckily for me, got Sarah on the phone. She took more than 15 minutes to talk to me and give me advice on servicing a 2016 Honda crv. I did a tire rotation, rear diff fluid, oil change, new front wipers and a few air filters. She got me in for service on a Saturday at 8am literally only one days notice! She was super kind when I got there as well, called me a few times to give me updates and a few text messages too. Even after the deal, she wrote me and asked if everything was going ok with the vehicle! It's hard to get that level of support from your car dealer service department anywhere else in this town. I can't recommend Hopkins Honda enough- and specifically Sarah. More
