Honda CRV Best most reliable, long term economical and useful vehicle I’ve ever owned. Not as fun as past sports cars but wonderful for current needs. Why do you turn my headlights from Auto to Off I have my headlights set on Auto and then never touch them. When I brought my car in for an oil change the mechanic turned my lights off. WHY? Tonight I have my headlights set on Auto and then never touch them. When I brought my car in for an oil change the mechanic turned my lights off. WHY? Tonight I drove from Minnetonka to Uptown to Wayzata and home with my lights off. (Apparently the running lights are pretty bright.) But I was confused when my brights didn't work. Kindly advise your technicians to LEAVE THE LIGHTS ALONE (or at least reset them to Auto.) This is not the first time that has happened. More

100k mile service is a doozy but necessary Needed to do the 100k mile service which has lots of components and parts. Thankfully they talked me through the costs in advance and any additional Needed to do the 100k mile service which has lots of components and parts. Thankfully they talked me through the costs in advance and any additional findings they updated me. Fortunately I did have a 10% discount coupon which save me nearly $300. Car is tight as a drum once again. More

Nice oil change I love everything about my Luther Hopkins service appointments except the initial arrival. The worst part of the appointment is sitting there waiting I love everything about my Luther Hopkins service appointments except the initial arrival. The worst part of the appointment is sitting there waiting for an advisor to get to me. They can take five minutes which feels like 30 minutes. I recommend having a greeter who gets to the customer in under 30 seconds and gets the appointment started instead of having people wait. More

This time we needed a windshield replaced and the sensors re-calibrated following the installation. The service was outstanding. During the repair, they also identified a recall item that was needed on this model. Without being asked, they went ahead and completed THAT service as well. All in less time than first estimated.
