No one even looked up when I drove in. After waiting a few minutes, I approached one of the many people thar hadn't acknowledged me. He asked me to wait a minute, which is fine. We went through what needed to be done and he asked if I'd be waiting. I asked that he call or text when finished and I watched as he circled my phone number. I walked into Hopkins to wait for his call or text. 2 hours later I still hadn't heard so I walked back to the service center and saw my car in the lot. Went in and of course the guy I talked to was no where around. So i paid and left. Found out later they'd texted my husband instead of me. At 4:15pm. AND it was $61 even with a coupon. So really expensive, took almost two hours, they texted my husband instead of me leaving me hanging for over 2 hours and the customer service was seriously lacking. More
