The dealership "outsourced" an internet listing who falsely advertised a 2006 Honda Ridgeline "With a MOONROOF trim" on Autotrader.com and their own website. There wasn't a moonroof as advertised and they just said, "Sorry, we'll get that fixed on our website but there's nothing that we can do." So I left feeling rejected and disappointed. I was an out-of-towner that got in a car accident on the way to Minneapolis. I stopped at Hopkins Honda while I was in town to get a realignment. After getting the phone call my car was ready to be picked up, I arrived only to find the service center was closed...why call me to pick up my car then?? After a firm conversation, I was able to pay and pick my car up anyways only to find it still wasn't even aligned! The car drove nowhere near straight. Thanks for nothing and costing me $120 for crappy, ineffective service. More
