Our service manager (Cara) was dismissive of our problem. She was quick to resolve our issue by "handling" us. She did not document the mechanics actions on our service report until I asked her to. I keep returning to this specific dealer because they are efficient and friendly. They fix what you request and recommend service that needs to be preformed or parts that need repair or replacing and how soo efficient and friendly. The wating area is roomy with many seating options and a very nice snack area with fruit, cookies, water, coffee, muffins and hot chocolate (at no charge). There are also vending machines if you have any other needs. All areas are kept very clean and neat even the bathroom! My favorite employee in the service department is Kara. She is always upbeat, positive, accommodating, thoughtful and efficient. I hope all employees follow her example. More
