I waited 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change and brake fluid flush and having the car for 2 1/2 hrs was notified then of more things that needed to be addressed and asked why it took so long to be notified of t flush and having the car for 2 1/2 hrs was notified then of more things that needed to be addressed and asked why it took so long to be notified of these things because now I had to waited longer for them to fix the problem and everyone who came in after me left long before me and I was one of the last people to leave there. Bought my first Honda here in May 2012. Paul Anderson was my sales rep. He loved working with him because he was really honest and straight forward, no surprises. He let me take my time to think through things. They also matched the price of another dealer. I was very happy. Brought my Civic in because a oil smell when the floor heat was on. There turned out to be nothing wrong with the car. It was the aftermarket rubber floor mat that stunk. I didn't believe the service rep at first and persisted that the floor mat could not produce the smell of oil. But I smelled the floor mat when I got home and found it was indeed the problem. I felt stupid, considering I often fix my own car. But they were really nice, appeared to thoroughly investigate the issue, and solved the mystery. They were great to work with. More
