I had a little accident with breaking my passengers side mirror unit. I called Hopkins Honda and Mike ordered the part I needed. It was in after a couple of days. I do not bring my car anywhere else for regular maintenance because I always get quality service here.. They usually give me coupon discounts if available also. More

Kara Roberts provided awesome customer service. My car had a couple of open recalls that needed to be taken care of, along with brakes and an oil change. Pilot was not riding smoothly. Kara dug into history and noted that car tires were not serviced properly when they were replaced over a year ago. a quick regular maintenance for oil/filter change. Everything was just great. The price is almost $40 which is fine, but high than my expectation, I have had my car changing oil/filter in more than 10 Everything was just great. The price is almost $40 which is fine, but high than my expectation, I have had my car changing oil/filter in more than 10 different Honda dealerships throughout the country (I do a lot of traveling) and the highest one was about $30, usually is $25. The following-up service is great! The employee who helped me in service also replied my email with couple of questions after the service. I felt their friendliness and the desire to be the best dealership. I would definitely recommend! More
