The entire experience was great. Jessi listened to what I was looking for, answered questions, was knowledgeable, wonderful personality- not pushy, overbearing, just calm and happy. She knows her stock. My finance person was quick and through. He was confident and well versed. Turns out he started out washing cars PT and worked his way up. This was the shortest time I’ve ever had to be at a dealers, and it was great, just a couple hours. Even when I was waiting ALL staff would check to see if I comfortable and ok. Everyone was very friendly. If you sit back and observe staff in any business, as well as listen to conversation, you learn a lot about the management philosophy, everyone here was happy and spoke well about each other even when they didn’t know they were watched. I called Luther Hopkins Honda to ask if they could run a quick check on tire pressure and deal with the light (which often comes on right after we've had the car serviced; go figure!). They told us to come on over when it was convenient for us. I zipped over, was greeted by a very friendly service technician, who quickly checked the tires (all okay), dealt with the indicator light and, with a big smile and a wave, sent me on my way. No charge. We get the same friendly, efficient service at our Honda dealer back home, so I wasn't surprised--but still highly impressed. (With another dealer in the area, I didn't make it past leaving a phone message.) More
