He never spoke disparagingly about other automakers, but he was continually able to point out the features that make the Honda products superior. Temi took the time to get to know me and my situation and was able to show me vehicles that might fit my needs. Temi is a skilled listener and through his superior questioning techniques he was able to help me discern priority features for my new vehicle. He was never pushy and he didn’t try to sell me a car beyond my needs and means. Temi was patient as I asked questions and considered my options. Once the deal was mostly complete, he continued to be patient and thorough as he walked me through the new car features. He has made it clear that he is here to serve me and wants me completely satisfied with my car purchase. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Temi and with Luther Hopkins Honda, although I likely won’t be purchasing another vehicle for a long time. I’ve previously bought a Pilot from the dealership and have been getting it serviced there. So when it came time to get a second vehicle I knew where I wanted to go. I haven’t worked with Temi in the past but will definitely work with him again. He was a better salesman than I could have hoped for. He was kind, knowledgeable and I didn’t feel any pressure. He was great with my six year old daughter who loves to visit the dealership. He was very thorough with my 16 year old daughter while going over all the features of the vehicle. My husband and I really appreciated the attention that he gave her and made her feel special. The entire experience from start to finish was great. Even the manager that came out to greet me was very personable. We will definitely be going back to Luther Hopkins Honda when it’s time to upgrade our Pilot. More
