It was a pleasure meeting Jake and God bless the technician who realized that my brake fluid and transmission fluid needed replacing. They had never been replaced and didn't show up in the "wrench" code. Apparently I don't put on enough miles to have the code reflect that those services were needed.. Temi was amazing from the time we walked in the door until the very end! He walked us through the entire vehicle and what features it had and how to use them.
